Your information is used to understand and respond to your inquiry.

What the form collects

The contact form collects your name, email address, selected service, message, and confirmation of consent. Do not include passwords, payment information, or confidential client data.

How information is used

When Gmail is configured, the server sends your inquiry to talha.sumra11@gmail.com using the Gmail API. Your email address is included as the reply address. Google processes and stores the message as part of the receiving Gmail account. If delivery is not confirmed, the form reports an error and preserves your text in the current page.

Storage and retention

This website does not maintain a contact database. Form text remains in the current browser page until you leave or reload it. Received emails remain in the Gmail account until deleted, and may be kept while a conversation or related work continues. You may request deletion by email; any necessary legal retention requirements will be considered.

Abuse protection and hosting

The server temporarily keeps hashed request identifiers, request counts, and hashed inquiry fingerprints in memory to limit abuse and repeated delivery attempts. These records expire after 15 to 30 minutes. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and operational request logs under its own retention settings. Inquiry text and OAuth credentials are not intentionally logged by this application.

Cookies and analytics

This application does not add advertising cookies, analytics, or tracking services. No third-party fonts or remote images are required to view the portfolio.

Your choices

The theme switch saves your light or dark preference in this browser using local storage. Without a saved choice, the website follows your device theme. This preference is not sent to a server, and clearing website data removes it.

You can contact me directly instead of using the form. To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for future processing, email talha.sumra11@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not reverse processing already completed.
